Pretty little thing supplies only to the uk and offers standard postage on all items with in the uk

If for any reason you are not happy on recieving your item/s then please contact pretty little thing to inform of the product and the issue with it.  It would be greatly appreciated if images could be attached with an email with reference to the item and the issue.

Any damaged products will be replaced and sent back out directly to you.  However the process of lead time to make the new item will need to be taken into consideration, which is usually seven days.

Depending on the day of your purchase will depend on the expected delivery - i e please take into account not to include bank holidays and sundays.

All personalised orders must be checked by yourself and confirmed on placing the order as how it has been imputed is how text will appear on the product. 

All Items are checked and wrapped carefully to ensure you receive them in perfect condition before posting and orders posted will be sent via Royal Mail tracked.
